Position Details and Requirements:

The O'Kelly Consulting Group is searching for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for enthusiastic professionals eager to make their mark in the marketing world. The Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and engaging with our clients' audiences across multiple platforms. We're looking for someone passionate about marketing, who has a keen eye for detail, and who can bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and implementing monthly social media content calendars.

• Playing a key role in multi-channel content creation, including working with designers, editors, and other team members to produce on-brand graphics, videos, and other assets.

• Monitoring and responding to inbound communications and direct messages via social media channels.

• Engaging on our clients' social media accounts to foster community and interaction.

• Assisting in the development and execution of creative marketing and advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.

• Creating compelling content for various channels such as social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and advertising materials.

• Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Contributing to company and client social media profiles with strategic, well-crafted content.

• Staying informed about marketing trends and taking on new initiatives.

• Collaborating with the content creation team for cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

• Planning and writing brand-compliant copy for digital platforms.

• Completing social media audits and generating monthly reports for clients.

• Managing clients' online reputation and presence, including updating websites and marketing materials.

• Designing and executing email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.

Past Experience Desired (but not required):

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on digital content creation and campaign management.

• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, SproutSocial).

• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

• Familiarity with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides) for collaboration and productivity.

• Client-facing experience, with a proven track record of maintaining positive client relationships.

• A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Mailchimp designing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to effectively engage our clients' audiences and drive results.
