Marketing Operations Specialist (100% Remote)

Location: 100% Remote (must be based in Colombia, working US Eastern hours) | Position: Full-Time

About O'Kelly Co.

O'Kelly Co. is an Atlanta marketing agency that works almost exclusively with restaurants and hospitality brands. We function as the fractional marketing department for our clients, running email, SMS, social, websites, events, and paid ads. This role is the operational engine behind that work.

What you'll do

  • Build and send email campaigns in Mailchimp and Toast
  • Create and schedule social content with Later, Meta Business Suite, and Google Business Profile
  • Update and maintain client websites on Squarespace and WordPress
  • Produce graphics in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Execute marketing campaigns from brief to launch and track performance
  • Manage data in Google Sheets and Excel, using ChatGPT and other AI tools to work faster
  • Handle influencer outreach and community management for client accounts

What we're looking for

  • Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus)
  • 1 to 2 years of marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple client accounts at once

Compensation and benefits

  • $1,300 to $1,700 USD per month, based on experience
  • $350 equipment stipend
  • $25/month internet stipend
  • Quarterly performance bonus up to 10%
  • 90-day probationary period

Finalists complete a paid skills test ($40 to $60).
